Dorothy Pooley

Fixed wing ATPL, FIC, FIE, Rotary CPL, Instructor

Dorothy trained as a lawyer and then became a Flying Instructor in 1992.  Dorothy then turned to aviation insurance investigation, continuing as a part-time instructor until returning to full time flying instruction in 1999. 

Dorothy has accrued over 8000 flying hours including more than 6500 instructional hours, on more than 80 types.

In addition to being an ATPL and fixed wing flying  instructor, Dorothy also holds a rotary CPL and instructor rating And is the owner of Pooleys Flying Instructor School.

Dorothy is Chairman of the Education and Training Committee at GAPAN and Chairman of the Professional Flying Instructors Association.
